There is an excited buzz about our classroom as both the children and myself enter a new year group and embark upon a new plethora of exciting projects and learning experiences. Our upcoming units of study will involve exploring the world as we discover South and North America and the Amazon Rainforest. Closer to home, we will study the local history of the persecuted Pilgrim Fathers as well as engaging in ethical issues such as climate change and what it means to be human through the lens of differing world views.

Each half term, a newsletter and an overview of the required homework activities will be published on this page. This will outline ways in which you can support your child with their learning at home and keep you up to date on the children’s latest learning experiences and knowledge acquisition.
